Oropesa del Mar is a locality in the Community of Valencia along the Costa Azahar in Spain that belongs to the province of Castellon. It is located in the area of Plana Alta and has more than 10,000 inhabitants, and one of the most important tourist complexes in the country, Marina D'Or.
Excellent beaches in the Mediterrenean Sea, small natural coves, the Oropesa Mountains, and Mount Bobalar are the surroundings of Oropesa. It has a marina and beautiful views of the Columbrete Islands on clear days. Oropesa is a small paradise of sea and golden sands on the Mediterrenean.
